Jon McGraw - Principal - GBA
Jon has enjoyed a successful career
in employee benefits in both the
insurer and broker/consultant fields,
nearly all of it in the Bay Area. He
started with a large national carrier
where he advanced in both the
underwriting and account
management disciplines. Jon moved to
the broker/consulting world over 20
years ago and has worked in both
regional and national organizations in
various capacities as a consultant,
operations manager, and sales leader.
As an operations manager, he is
actively involved in both process
analysis and improvement, and M&A
opportunities.
Jon has been involved in the review,
analysis and integration of new
companies for much of the last 10
years and brings a deep
understanding of the challenges and
opportunities that come from change.
In his consulting practice, he has
developed a specific interest in
helping organizations find the balance
between their budgetary constraints
and the needs/expectations of the
employee base. Working with different
constituencies with an organization to
find consensus in developing specific,
actionable recommendations is a core
strength, including extensive
experience in financial analysis and
contribution modeling in concert with
overall budget goals.
As a consultant, he has supported a
wide variety of organizations in many
industry segments including
construction, higher education,
healthcare and manufacturing. He has
managed multi-employer trusts, risk
sharing captives and industry based
collaborative programs providing
many different programs. Jon’s
particular expertise is in larger multi-
site, multi-plan programs.
Jon is a graduate of Carnegie-Mellon
University (Pittsburgh, PA) and has
spent most of the last 20 years
enjoying life in the North Bay with his
wife Sandy and their children. They
are actively involved in numerous non-
profit organizations that address the
needs of the developmentally delayed
adult population. He is an avid baseball
fan and player… Go Giants!
Lisa Campagna - Principal

Lisa began her employee benefits
career in 1991 where she trained with
Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Agency
in Woodland Hills, CA. In 1995, she
established Progressive Insurance
Concepts, an employee benefits
agency in Los Angeles, providing
employee benefits services to mid-
sized non-profits and mental health
centers. In 1996, Lisa became the
endorsed benefits broker for the Los
Angeles Chapter of the National
Organization for Women where she
provided health insurance for
thousands of members of the chapter.
She has always had an authentic
interest in serving and volunteering for
social service agencies with a focus
on women and children, and it was at
this point in her life that her
professional and personal interests
began to merge.
Lisa established Total Health
Solutions in 2004, a full-service
employee benefits agency offering
Benefits Consulting, Employee
Advocacy, HR Compliance, Workplace
Wellness and Health Informatics to
the mid-sized group market. Her vast
knowledge of the health insurance
industry coupled with her strong
personal commitment to preventive
medicine led her to acquire her
training as a Certified Worksite
Wellness Consultant and Health
Coach. As a Worksite Wellness
Consultant, Lisa designs, implements
and manages health and wellness
programs for her group insurance
clients.
Lisa is also a Registered Yoga Teacher
with Yoga Alliance (RYT 500) and since
2000 has taught therapeutic yoga in
the work place, in senior centers and in
elementary/middle schools. She lives
with her son in Larkspur, CA and
enjoys hiking and biking in the
beautiful hills of Marin County.
